Youth who atttend the Youth Festival, of the ages 13 and up, participate in various activities for the spiritual formation such as daily Mass, adoration, the rosary and confession. And for their human formation, such activities consist of sports, games, talks and workshops.

Each year the Youth Festival hold a theme which is usually indentical with the annual Papel Youth Day Theme. Talks, given by priest, seminarian, sisters or other invited guest, reflect on that years theme. Other talks can feature of prayer, liturgy, virtues, human relationship and consecrated life.

Entertaiments throughout the entirety of the youth festival consist in musical combos, skits, campfire, Minute-to-Win-It game, sports (soccer, football, baseball, and basketball, etc.). The Event usually ends wth the annual Youth Festival Movie.
