Members of the Religious Family of the Institute of the Incarnate Word (IVE) were pleased to witness the profession of vows of twenty-eight seminarians and one religious brother on November 23, 2015, during the Feast of Blessed Miguel Augustin Pro. Six seminarians professed vows of poverty, chastity, and obedience for the first time; all the other male religious renewed theirs during Holy Mass held at St. John Baptist de la Salle Church in Chillum, Maryland. The provincial superior, Fr. Daniel Mentesana, IVE, and other IVE priests served as concelebrants. Following the Mass, a luncheon was held downstairs in the parish hall for all in attendance.
