Address: 43950 St. John’s Road, Hollywood, MD 20636 – please use the Monsignor Harris Center entrance located on the right hand side of the church. You’ll see 4 glass doors leading to the foyer to the MHC (gym). Volunteers will be present to help you unload and carry your displays and material.Address:
Schedule: The fair will run from 11:00am until 2:00pm, preceded by Eucharistic Adoration (9:30-10:30am) and Mass (10:30-11:00am) for those who would like to participate.
Volunteers will be present and the doors to the MHC will be opened at 8:00am for those wishing to arrive early to set-up.
Each school/congregation will be provided with an 8’ rectangular table and two chairs. Please bring a table cloth with you. If you need access to an electrical outlet, please let Rich Olon know in advance so we can place you near an outlet. Also, please bring your own extension cord if you need access to an outlet. You will not be able to hang material on the walls. Please plan on just using the table and any free-standing displays you may have for your exhibit.

The room block is listed under “Catholic College and Vocations Fair” and the rate is $89/single and $99/double.
Lunch and snacks will be available for purchase during the fair. No charge for religious brothers and sisters. Available for lunch will be Chick-Fil-A, pizza, hot dogs and tuna salad sandwiches. Please bring food if you have dietary restrictions.
