On Monday, October 22, our religious family celebrated the Solemnity of St. John Paul the Great in Arequipa. Holy Mass was celebrated in the Monastery of St. Elizabeth of the Trinity, where Brother Richard Asto made his first temporary profession of vows.
We ask for prayers for this new religious brother, and we entrust ourselves to the intercession of St. John Paul II.
Ibiza – Spain
Renewal of temporary vows of Brother Mario Martínez. Brother Mario Martínez is assigned to our community in Ibiza. He renewed his vows on the day of Saint John Paul II in the convent of the Canonese Sisters located in Dalt Vila, the ancient walled city of Ibiza.
Tuscania Monastery – Italy
For the feast day of St. John Paul II, spiritual father of our Religious Family and great defender of life and of the family, we had two conferences, one on the Encyclical Humane Vitae, by Pope St. Paul VI, and another on the Encyclical Familiaris Consortio, by St. John Paul the Great.
In the presentations we were able to deepen our understanding of the intention this monastery especially prays for, seeing more clearly the importance of the family in the plan of salvation thought by God.
